Sleep Soundly with CBT-I
At the Insomnia Care Clinic, we offer a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) program designed to help patients regain control of their sleep and achieve lasting results.

Program Advantages
We offer a physician-led, OHIP-covered virtual group CBT-I program consisting of 6 sessions delivered over 8 weeks, all from the comfort of your own home. Each session lasts approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, allowing time to thoroughly explain the core components of CBT-I, review sleep logs, and provide individualized feedback to each participant.
Proven Effectiveness
By the last session: Approximately 50% of participants no longer meet criteria for chronic insomnia, 40% have almost resolved their insomnia and 90% of patients are able to eliminate or significantly reduce sleep medication use. In addition to improving sleep patterns and parameters, most experience anxiety reduction, mood improvement, and fatigue alleviation.

We require a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner with an OHIP-billing number.
